How it works

Three steps from signing up to collecting your first fees.

  1. Step 1: Add subjects and batches

    Set a course fee for each subject, then create batches with their time slots, rooms and teachers.

  2. Step 2: Enrol students

    Add a student and pick their batch and subjects. The roll number is assigned automatically and the course fee is worked out for you.

  3. Step 3: Issue vouchers and collect fees

    Each student gets one voucher for the whole course, or installments on the dates you agree. Record cash, bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa payments and print the receipt.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new academy gets 14 days with every Standard feature, and you don't need a card to sign up. When the trial ends you choose a plan; nothing is charged automatically.
Do students need logins?
No. The office can run fees, batches, attendance and exams without anyone else logging in. When you're ready, give teachers and students their own logins: students see their attendance, fee vouchers and results, and join the classroom and online tests on plans that include them.
How are fees charged?
Each subject has a fee for the whole course, and a student's discount comes off the total. Most students pay it upfront on one voucher; for others you set up installments of any amounts and dates. If the installments add up to less than the course fee, the difference is recorded as a discount with its reason. Every installment is its own voucher, so late fines, receipts and the defaulters list work per installment.
How do fee reminders work?
Every voucher and receipt has a link you can share on WhatsApp, so guardians see the amount and due date straight away. Automated WhatsApp reminders are on our roadmap.
Is my data safe?
Each academy's data is isolated at the database level, so one academy can never read another's records, and every login only sees what its role allows. The database is hosted on Supabase, which takes daily backups.
Can I run more than one branch?
Not yet: one account covers one academy. Running several branches from a single account is planned; until then, each branch can have its own account.
How do I pay?
